With "Voll Toll" we work socially and solidarity-mindedly and thereby set an example. Through "Voll Toll" we create a tool to simplify our work, use synergies and, if possible, work more cost-effectively.

There is "Voll Toll" because we want to build an ideal that did not exist for us in this form until now. Regarding the world of work, working relationships and customer relationships.

We decide on a basis of direct democracy. In important decisions, all shareholders must actively agree.

"Voll Toll" works transparently; upon request, we provide open information, internally everything is accessible to everyone.

We are allies and support organizations and groups that fight for the issues of minorities.

We stand up for a diverse, open and democratic society and work as sustainably as possible in view of the climate crisis.

We are honest with each other, open to others and respect personal boundaries.

It is desired to express constructive criticism and to address problems. We solve problems together and actively solicit feedback on our services and processes.

We work together with each other and with our customers in a friendly, fair and cheerful manner.
